What you will be doing:

• Responsible in maximizing the hotel’s room inventory.
• Review occupancy on a regular basis to account room availability.
• Review upcoming arrivals and blocks room for special requests, early arrivals, groups and VIP’s.
• Coordinate room maintenance requirements with Housekeeping and Engineering (RPMP).

• Graduate of a degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management or any related field.
• Minimum of one (1) year experience on the same capacity or in a luxury hotel.
• Effective communication and guest relation skills.    
• Knowledgeable in Opera and Vision Line.
