Qualifications
The knowledge and skills necessary to perform the duties of this position are typically acquired through the following combination of education, experience and knowledge, or the equivalent.

Minimum Requirements

Experience from similar positions
8 years of experience in industry
Minimum 3 years experience as a Product Manager
Financial and budgeting skills and experience
Fluency in English, both oral and written communications
Documented track record of product launch
Computer skills (MS Office programs)

Preferred Requirements

Documented experience in  general medicine area ( Cardiovascular, Osteoporosis, Diabetes … )
Documented success in gaining or maintaining market leadership position
Experience managing cross-functional projects.

Demonstrates strong communication skills in English with ability to efficiently and productively communicate orally and in writing

Demonstrates expert marketing skills (segmentation, positioning, key messages, brand image, etc.)

Continuously expands market knowledge

Demonstrates intuition to recognize market changes and opportunities

Anticipates future industry trends and opportunities, proactively develops plans to address these and communicate them to senior management

Works effectively in cross-functional teams (e.g., MA, Med. Com., HE, Congresses, etc.)

Displays strong organization and time management skills; serves as a role model for completing tasks and delivering on commitments in a timely manner
