Let’s do this. Let’s change the world. In this vital role The Finance Manager will be part of the Operations Finance, FP&A team and will support business analytics and financial modeling activities.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Operations Strategy Planning and Risk (OSPR), Product Analytics and Insights (PAI), and other cross-functional teams to evaluate operational improvement and business case opportunities
  • Conduct scenario analysis by utilizing financial models to assess COGM, P&L, NPV, etc. and develop original models as appropriate for custom analysis
  • Manage, complete, and communicate financial outputs efficiently for multiple projects simultaneously with accuracy and professionalism
  • Support finance leadership and functional teams with ad hoc requests and special projects

Basic Qualifications

Doctorate degree

Or

Master’s degree and 2 years of Finance experience

Or

Bachelor’s degree and 4 years of Finance experience

Or

Associate’s degree and 10 years of Finance experience

High school diploma / GED and 12 years of Finance experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Pharmaceutical/Biotech experience
  • Prior experience with financial and valuation models and strong proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint
  • Detail oriented; excellent analytical and math skills
  • Strong written, verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguous situations and strict timelines'
