Job Description
Main responsibilities:

· Manage key accounts on a daily basis, proactively anticipate and understand customer needs to solve any business related issues that may arise.

· Plan, develop and implement sales strategies for designated key accounts

· Plan, execute and evaluate all sales related promotional activities

· Responsible for achieving and setting the company's sales and profit targets.

· Identify business opportunities in key retail chains and work closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, customer service, Finance and supply chain) to realize these opportunities on a project basis.

· Budget and demand forecasting management

· Coordinate necessary materials regarding future business plans and foreseeable risks.

· Business planning and analysis of category trends, competitors and customer profiles is also required.

Required Qualifications:

· Degree holders

· 3-5 years of experience in key account management

· Good command of Written and spoken English, mandarin is required

· Confident in customer face and presentation

· Able to balance customer expectations and company requirements in negotiations

· Good problem solver, always with positive attitude and team spirit

· Proactive and able to work in a fast-paced environment;
