-熟知基本的打包发运工艺流程，如国外和国内包装标准，如何填写唛头等。

-根据订单合同要求或上级主管的要求，能对简单的货物进行包装工作，复杂的需在组长和老员工的指导下进行，包装必须符合规定的标准。

-集装箱发货时协助老员工对货物的固定，在货物固定牢固的情况下确保发货顺利的进行。

-对打包的货物有一定的认知度，基本能根据装箱单打印的标签，准确无误的对相应货物挂上标签，确保货物和标签的一致性；最后发货前如要求需要唛头，需固定上填写的正确的唛头。

-做好对使用设备和各种工具的日常保养维护，保证工作服整洁，保持工作场地的整洁。

- 中专、职业学校或以上毕业，机械、物流或相关专业

-上海市技术监督局颁发的有效的5吨以上叉车操作证书

-1-2年相关工作经验；具有一定的机械试图能力；具有较强的学习能力；具有团队合作精神。
