What you will be doing:

• Responsible for leading beverage service of all outlet bars and bartenders.
• Conduct spot checking, cocktail training and ensure quality service is delivered.
• Prepare beverage list, reports, inventories and discrepancies.

• Graduate of a degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management or any related field.
• Minimum of three (3) years relevant experience on the same capacity.
• Background in bar and beverages with basic coffee and wine training is an advantage.
• Effective communication and guest relation skills.
