Energy & Performance Services (EPS) is spearheading the SI growth in the grid edge market where energy efficient and connected buildings meet the evolving grid environment. We focus on helping customers to reduce their energy consumption, to become more sustainable and to be more resilient in terms of energy supply. We develop and execute projects with a technology agnostic approach and offer services to help customer to efficiently monitor and manage their energy, operations and maintenance activities and environmental footprint. Over the next years we have a high growth ambition and are therefore looking for highly qualified and motivated individuals who want to expand our position in the market and our business. This position will be based out of our Farnborough office (UK), but with the possibility to work remotely. What part will you play? The EPS team provides energy procurement, risk management, energy budget and consulting services to a very diverse group of industrial companies with operations across Europe. As an Account Manager, you have extensive knowledge of the customer's specific strategy, needs, and business environment, which will enable you to create opportunities: qualified sales leads generation - cross border & cross business units. You will have a focus on key Siemens’ accounts. Build trusted relationships with the existing client base Maintain and grow business with existing accounts Liaise with others to ensure that EPS core activities are performed in a timely and accurate manner Identify and establish new customer accounts Generate, provide, and follow up on customer quotes for solutions Development of proposal documents Support external sales Identify cross selling opportunities Initiate, facilitate, and contribute to contract negotiations service solutions Use your skills to move the world forward. What is your profile? Essential Experience in key account management; you will need a track record in increasing revenue, sales; Experience in project management Excellent written & verbal communication skills Ability to be self-motivated and with a proactive approach to work Cooperative and team oriented Proficient in MS Excel (Vlookup, Pivot Tables, Offset, Sumproduct etc.) Able to legally work in the UK without sponsorship or visa Desirable Broad knowledge of European energy markets Experience in the energy industry Ability to speak one or two additional European languages (French, Dutch, Polish, etc.) What else do I need to know?
