Position Summary :

 

As Part of the growth of the BCDE Product, Bentley are looking to recruit a Consultant into the User success services team. This role will work mainly on the delivery of the BCDE Solution both within APAC and other regions. The role will require strong consultancy skills, Presales experience including proposal creation and  critically a fundamental understanding of  information management (specifically Common Data Environments). The role will work with closely with the UK based consultancy team to deliver success projects both internally and externally. The role will work of the BCDE Services Manager based in the United Kingdom.  

 

Position Requirement :

 

  • Gathering and coordinating requirements and associated customer data and documentation for review.
  • Engaging with Customers and supporting the delivery team in defining the scope of work for projects.
  • Be seen as expert in the delivery and use of BCDE with in the construction industry
  • Work with Service managers to create and manage proposals
  • Demonstrate a good understanding of Complimentary Bentley  products and how they can be used together.
  • Supporting Customers on future system design needs and impact analysis.
  • Work with Project manager to deliver successful implementation of Bentley software.
  • Configurating and testing of Customer systems as part of the implementation.
  • Lead, Participating or support Customer workshops and meetings onsite or remotely
  • Communicating business needs not addressed by the core solution to the Product team.
  • Ensuring project deliverables are met according to time, budget & resource constraints.
  • Developing and presenting agreed solutions (written and orally).
  • Support the change-management activities as part of integrating the BCDE solution into the User’s organization.
  • Preparing onboarding documentation and content.
  • Assisting in Pre-Sales activities where appropriate; e.g. conducting product demonstrations and presentations, contributing to sales proposals, help to identify potential users.
  • Ensuring projects comply with Bentley solutions methodology.
  • Working independently and with initiative, be able to self-motivate and engage with colleagues when required.
  • Work or lead  on internal Intellectual property generation at the direction of the Service Manager
  • Representing Bentley internally and externally in a professional manner.

 

What You Bring to The Team / Qualifications, Required Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

  • University degree qualification or relevant industry experience.
  • 5 years plus experience ether within information management or delivery of solutions within the construction sector.

  • Understanding of BIM (specifically ISO19650)
