1. Represent the purchasing function to all assigned project, and define purchasing strategy.作为采购部门的窗口协调并完成项目中的直接材料采购需求, 策划采购策略。
2. Define and lead projects for cost or supply chain optimization via SQM (e.g. TSR, regular meeting, ISIR etc.) 基于业务需求，定义并主持采购内部的项目, 旨在《供应商质量管理流程》的指导下实现供应链和成本改善。
3. Comprehensively understand both our products and suppliers, utilize expertise and skills to influence on both optimum-cost-effective design and supplier selection in early development phase.深刻理解我们的产品知识,并了解各供应商的能力,在产品开发阶段协助得出最优的设计以控制成本。
4. Identify material/parts/techniques with localization possibility.鉴别原材料，零件，组装件国产化可行性。
5. SAP Data setting and maintenance. SAP采购数据的设置和维护。
6. RFQ, validation and comparison for new parts.基于认可供应商清单询价及报价分析比较。
7. Support production line on material cost continuous improvement based on BU’s cost saving target.支持并实施材料成本持续改进以达到公司的降本计划。
8. RPP and MPP project ,ECR handling.负责采购零件的成本降本计划和采购相关的工程更改管理。
9. Determine Q requirements (regarding tolerance, process capability, machine capacity, process layout, test planning, measuring capability etc.)  in technical talks with suppliers.与供应商技术讨论确定 相关质量要求（公差，过程能力，设备能力，过程布局，测试计划，检验能力。
10. Localization projects, management external procurement part projects.国产化项目，外部采购件的管理。
11. Procurement of prototypes, initial samples, and first serial delivery.负责测试件，首件样品件以及首次批量件的采购。
12. Controlling initial sample approval (dimensions, function, material, process).负责样品的批准（尺寸，功能，材料，过程）等。
13. Other tasks assigned by department manager (e.g. CIP project, regular meeting).部门经理安排的其他工作任务（如持续改善，例会等）

1. Bachelor degree or above, in Engineering.本科学历或以上, 工程类专业。
2. Minimum 3 years of purchasing experience and 1 years of project management in mechanical.3年以上机械的采购经验以及1年以上项目管理经验。
3. Familiar with Office software.熟悉Office软件使用。
4. Good English in both Oral and written.熟练使用英语。
5. Ability on engineering prints and specification reading and interpretation.能阅读并理解工程图纸和技术要求。
6. Strong organizational, analytical, communication, negotiation, problem-solving and leadership skills.较强的组织,分析,沟通, 谈判, 问题解决和领导能力。
