This exciting role offers opportunity to: Understand project plans and deliver results on-schedule independently. Support YOY Logistics Financial budget PP on Freight, Premium, Duty, warehouse cost as well Cost out project & onetime cost on new investment as planning. Optimize process and continues improvement on Supply Chain to drive cost out, lead time reduction by project level. Establish Global shipping guidance for Logistics activities, monthly master shipment scheduling for all shipping points and D.Cs as execution. Monitor day to day Logistics’ operation, identify risk, ability on problem resolving and emergency handling, provided professional supporting. Mange freight cost with clear tracker, identify the risk for freight increase, mitigation plan, provided correctly, timely data as controlling. KPI achievements on cost out, Premium, #of damage/lost, OTD shipment out/delivery, forwarder KPI Claim for damage/lost and discrepancy during transportation. Provide clear visibility on trace & track for ELX Logistics in transits. Support Plant Transferring project, provide professional inputs on transportation, pack, Freight cost evaluation. Others request. Qualifications Requirement: Colleague/ Bachelor degree in Logistic/supply chain management. Requires minimum of 5+ years experiences in shipping/Logistics Area. Depth knowledge of international business, Logistics claim, warehouse and Customs compliance area. Capability to drive cost out and CI. Excellent communication skill and problem resolving capability. Good analysis skill. Willing to learn and adopt new knowledge. Fluent English in written and verbal. Yes!
