ABOUT YOUR ROLE

设备管理及维护

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

1，负责生产设备和设施的电气控制系统及电器设备的管理。
2，负责生产设备的改造和新设备的电气安装，负责基于PLC控制系统的电气改造。
3，负责编制设备维修保养计划及实施。

4，积极参与设备突发性事件抢修工作，且针对故障进行分析总结，完善设备保养检查表。

5，做好设备的备件管理工作，做好设备资料管理工作。

6，部门主管和经理安排的其他任务。
 

WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU:

1，专科以上学历，电气工程及自动化等电气相关专业。

2，3-5年以上生产设备维护相关经验，涂布行业经验者优先。

3，熟悉西门子200/300/400/1200、TIA博图、三菱PLC、伺服控制系统、HMI、Wincc的开发编程以及6ES70、S120、MM系列、G系列、马达驱动器调试和故障处理，熟悉现场总线（Profibus、Profinet、Modbus)，工业以太网及相关I/O设备。

4，.熟悉E+L和FIFE等主流纠偏系统的工作原理、问题解决及升级改造。

5,   了解或熟悉静电安全知识及PSM相关模块优先。

6，具有基本的英文读写能力、能够读懂英文图纸、软件等。

7，具有较强的团队合作及沟通能力、以及较强的个人和集体安全意识。

8，能够接受双休日加班（可换休）及中夜班回厂抢修设备工作。

9，熟练使用办公自动化软件（Word/Excel)。
