Job Description
Responsibilities

• Deliver the business strategy by partnering with business leaders to identify, prioritize and build organizational capabilities, behavior, structures, and processes.
• Own the end-to-end recruitment process in your business areas, supporting managers to recruit in line with best practices.
• Coach and advise the team, tailoring the style and approach for senior business leaders and new graduates alike.
• Ensure effective communication and engagement strategies and practices are in place and are fit for purpose.
• Resolve complex employee relations cases, building capability in leaders through your support.

Qualifications:
• Previous experience as an HR generalist (3+ years) with a strong focus on talent development/recruitment.
• Equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business or a related discipline
• The ability to manage a complex and varied workload. Sound working knowledge of talent identification and development concepts.
• Autonomy and the flexibility to execute on strategy as well as deliver excellent hands-on work.
• In-depth knowledge of employment-related legislation and demonstrated ability to apply these to a broad range of HR issues
• Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise, consult, negotiate and influence a wide range of stakeholders at all levels.
