Bell Attendant

 Primary Responsibilities主要职责

  • Maintain a friendly, neat and pleasant image to guests.
  • Greet all arriving and departing guests with a smile and eye-contact.
  • Handle items from in-house guest for non-in-house guest for collecting. Proper documentation must be adhered to.
  • Furnish information about the hotel and any special attractions or events of interests.
  • Reconfirm, change, cancel or book flight details for guest per request.

 

  • 保持友好,整洁的形象给客人留下愉悦的印象
  • 问候所有抵店和离店的客人并保持微笑和目光接触
  • 处理住店客人给非住店客人的物品,并做相应记录
  • 提供酒店的相关信息以及其他特殊的有吸引力的景点或信息
  • 根据客人的要求再次确认、改变、取消或预订航班的细节信息

 

Knowledge and Experience知识和经验

  • Associate degree or above
  • Graduation from Hotel Management,English related professional
  • Good knowledge and familiar with all concierge operation
  • Good English language skill
  • Good knowledge of city and surrounding area

 

  • 全日制大专(含)以上学历
  • 酒店管理、英语相关专业
  • 熟悉前厅情况及运作
  • 良好英文水平
  • 了解城市周边地区各类相关信息
