This exciting role offers opportunity to: Lead APQP activities in new product development Control Yield quality performance and analyze MFG issues, reduce cost of non-conformance Support after service pertaining quality related problems, work with after service team together to improve product quality Champion customer issue handling, lead problem solving and corrective action to tackle customer complaint Conduct quality process audits to proactively identify and implement continue improvement opportunities Qualifications Requirement: Education level required：Academy and above 5+ Years and area of experience required Technical knowledge：ISO & industrial standard, QC tools, electric knowledge, Test Soft skills：Plan, Target setting, Performance review, Good communication Yes!
