Eaton’s Field Service Customer Support division is currently seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our team. This position is based at our Raleigh, NC facility. Position Overview: The Inside Services Sales Representative is responsible for driving sales of assigned products and/or services by conducting outbound calling to existing customers, resellers, and end users. In this function you will: Develop and execute sales plans to meet performance expectations and requirements. Position will be responsible for meeting or exceeding both an individual and a team sales goal Prepare sales proposals based on customer needs and expectations Prepare sales presentations to create product understanding and awareness Build relationships with key customers to enhance long term business prospects Administer all phases of sales process to ensure effective and timely customer service and response Generate quotes, special pricing requests, and partners with Sales Representatives, Distributors, and End-Users to reach regional sales goals Handle calls related to price checks, delivery times, inventory availability, literature requests, and order status from key Sales Representatives, Distributors, and End-Users We are committed to ensuring equal employment opportunities for all job applicants and employees. Qualifications Required (Basic) Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution required Minimum 1-year prior sales or sales support experience Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without out company sponsorship, now or in the future. No relocation is being offered for this role.
