What you will be doing:

 

• Effectively manage all guest requests  and team members whilst ensuring a smooth running of hotel operations.
• Be responsible for ensuring a high level of  professional customer service, entertaining guests and providing positive interactions at all times.
• Promote and drive Accor’s loyalty programs.
• Effectively handle all guest feedback and resolve complaints.
• Ensure the safety of our team members, hotel guests and property.
• Assist with training and developing new team members

Your experience and skills include:

• Ability to effectively manage all types of guest feedback .
• High level of attention to detail, ensuring accuracy.
• Have supervisory skills and experience
• Excellent communication skills.
• Hands on approach across all departments.
• Hold a valid Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification.
• Hold First Aid certification
• Be available to work a rotating 7 day roster, including weekends and public holidays
