What you will be doing:
- Effectively manage all guest requests and team members whilst ensuring a smooth running of hotel operations.
- Be responsible for ensuring a high level of professional customer service, entertaining guests and providing positive interactions at all times.
- Promote and drive Accor’s loyalty programs.
- Effectively handle all guest feedback and resolve complaints.
- Ensure the safety of our team members, hotel guests and property.
- Assist with training and developing new team members
Your experience and skills include:

Ability to effectively manage all types of guest feedback .

High level of attention to detail, ensuring accuracy.

Have supervisory skills and experience
-
Excellent communication skills.

Hands on approach across all departments.

Hold a valid Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification.
-
Hold First Aid certification
-
Be available to work a rotating 7 day roster, including weekends and public holidays
