• Provide projects and sustain electrical engineering support at our facilities. Act as one of Intel's Electrical System Owner of the site's distribution system.
• Sustaining engineering responsibilities:
• Troubleshooting electrical system problems using an analytical engineering approach; coordinating shutdowns; conducting breaker coordination and arc flash studies; Systematic problem solving; statistical validation of system performance; managing electrical load and capacity data; working with the utilities provider (EVN) on issues and improvement; Delivering operational efficiency through innovation approaches, maintenance, testing and commissioning solutions; occasional weekend engineering support will also be required.
• Additional duties may include:
• Help maintain the facilities document control system by ensuring electrical as-built drawings are incorporated into the master CAD drawings; ensure electrical system single line diagrams are up to date and all construction specifications, project submittals are received after project closeout; work closely with Project Managers, contractors and engineers on project design, commissioning and closeout documentation; coordinate and oversee work of external consultant's design support; provide design and industrial engineering support on projects.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• A bachelor of Engineering with more than 3-year experience or Master of Engineering degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited university with an emphasis on power, utility system is required.
• 1+ years of relevant job in areas such as industrial low and medium voltage systems, operating and sustaining, predictive maintenance techniques, PTW (Etap), load flow analysis, electrical engineering drawings, and short circuit calculations.
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work effectively as an individual with minimal direction, and as part of a larger team.
• Proven ability to perform work effectively and is seen as a "change agent" to facilitate and manage a changing environment.
• Relevant experience in operating and maintaining an industrial electrical system.

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to communicate tactical concepts across a wide range of employees; from engineering peers to operational technicians to management.
