Job Description
Job Summary Support the marketing communications team in the U.S. with project management to ensure the execution and on-time completion of marcom deliverables to support expansion and growth of products, software, and services. The primary responsibility will be to effectively manage tasks and track progress, will play an important role in supporting the development, promotion and evaluation of Electrical Sector Thought Leadership and campaign content and programs. Job Responsibilities Support reviews, revisions and approvals of Electrical Sector thought leadership content and key program materials. Design, create and edit impactful web pages in AEM to help engage audiences in our thought leadership, segment and Electrical Sector program content. Support adaptation and rollout of web content on key topics to LATAM and Canada. Coordinate with internal creative center of excellence on webpage creation and updates Coordinate with internal marketing automation team to create forms Support promotion of ES content by developing web feature & promotional banners for key programs and issues, sharing content on Sales Hub and using Yammer for internal promotion Conduct SEO for Electrical Sector programs and thought leadership web pages Analyze web traffic & performance using Google Analytics and Power BI Track and analyze earned, social and influencer coverage via Synthesio platform and Hootsuite Impact Maintain project and marketing asset archives and native brand and content files Provide support for additional team projects as needed Collaborate with internal stakeholders and agencies Manage reviews, revisions and approvals using the content marketing platform, Percolate Archive native files Maintain master list of digital literature for meta data, tagging, etc. Maintain master list of print inventory and place reprint orders Coordinate development of demos, displays and graphics working closely with product teams and agencies Coordinate creation of digital assets including images, logos, banners, documents, videos and presentations. #LI-MA1 Qualifications Qualifications Education level required: Degree in Business Administration/Marketing/Commerce or similar. Years and area of experience required: Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in B-to-B marketing, digital marketing or communications Ability to work effectively in team environment and independently. Technical knowledge: Marketing communications experience Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (word, excel, email, internet) Strong listen, written and verbal communication skills Preferred experience with or ability to learn tools in MarTech stack, including a web development platform (AEM preferred) and a marketing automation platform (Eloqua preferred).
