1. Be responsible for HVAC system(AHU, separated A/C , constant T/H unit, water pump , hot water boiler , exhaust unit), media system (Nitrogen , compressed air , Vacuum ,chilled water ),Power system ( UPS ,EPS , DDC system , Power panel ), fire fighting , CCTV , door access including repair, maintenance, installation, troubling shooting, emergency, etc. 负责HVAC系统 (中央空调设备、分体式空调、恒温恒湿机组、水泵、热水锅炉、排风单元)，能源系统（氮气、压缩空气、真空、冷冻水）电力系统（UPS、EPS、DDC 系统、电源柜）、消防系统、CCTV、门禁系统的维修、保养、安装、问题解决、应急等
2. Daily check and record facility equipment according to work instruction; 根据操作指导进行日常检查并记录设施设备的状况
3. Coordinate with maintenance supplier to conduct preventive maintenance for related facility equipment with high quality according to schedule and scope; 协调维保供应商对相关设施设备进行高质量的定期保养
4. Supervise supplier and outsourcing on site while project implement according to request; support production line renovation and expansion; 按照要求对项目进行现场监管供应商执行情况及生产线改、扩建项目等的支持
5. Other related work assigned by engineer and manger; 工程师或经理安排的其他相关任务

1. At least 3 years of experience in facility operation and maintenance; 3年以上的设施设备操作维修经验
2. Familiar with air compressor, HVAC, power supply and other facility equipment; 熟悉空压机、锅炉、空调系统、供电及其他设施设备
