1. Training needs analyze, planning, Optimize training system, training arrangement and follow-up.
2. Support on associate development topics like tools, programmes implementation.
3. Support on ISO and HSE audits.
4. Intercompany cultural propaganda. V-chat platform, etc.
5. Other related tasks assigned by HR manager.

1. At least 3 years working experience.
2. Experience in multinational manufacturing company is preferential.
3. Good communication and organization skill.
4. Proficient in MS office.    
5. Fluent written and spoken English.
