Take the responsibility of MSD (Motor start Device) product design, include new product design and existing product redesign based on marketing MRS Lead on localization of importing MSD product, such as Contactor, Motor protection, etc. Support on Suzhou MSD production line, help to analyze failure mode/ issues and figure out the root cause Give strongly support on global MCCB project, focus on verification and system integration testing (internal/external accessory) Assist to Project specification definition Contributes to successful project completion by participating in the resolution of issues such as conflict design requirements, some technique issues. Better understand design procedure, new technologies and engineering techniques. Design, development and justify and guide the installation of new Engineering concept for comprehensive overall improvement including use of statistical tools. Assists in determining projective objectives to contribute to the development of a comprehensive project design. Provides technical leadership to a small group of temporary assigned engineers and technicians. Responsibility for appropriate prototype testing and evaluating of products, parts, equipment, tools and systems, along with necessary corrective follow-up. Directs preparation of appropriate documentation for assigned projects. Ensures successful completion of the assigned project phase within the budgeted time and cost constraints. Participates in defining engineering approaches including the planning and scheduling work. Prepare and write engineering articles for trade and technical publications, present papers and prepare patent disclosures and patent information. Involved into unique customer applications, in process issues control and problem solving, warranty issue. Inform supervisor/manager regularly on work progress, cost, risk, scope redirection needs and stay in collaboration with supervisor. Must be a strong team player. Qualifications Requires a minimum of 5 years experience as an engineer or equivalent and could entail as much as five or six of recognized team and progressive individual experience. B.S. or M.S. in Engineering or Physical Sciences or its recognized equivalent in education and experience. Master is prefer Contactor design experience is plus #Ll-JL2 We make what matters work.
