职位描述
负责数字化技术、项目的引入及推广,节能减排、节水等可持续性发展相关技术、项目的引入及推广,公共区域规划及管理,资产管理及评估,成本追踪及控制,质量管控,HSE及合规管理:
1. 识别部门运营工作痛点,通过数字化解决方案改善和提升部门运营水平;
2. 探索节能减排、节水等可持续性发展相关技术,引入项目并推进落地;
3. 配合公司精益改善目标,主导部门内精益改善工作及相关项目;
4. 统筹部门安全管理工作,落实并提升部门内部HSE管理水平;
5. 统筹部门质量管理工作,落实并提升部门质量管理水平;
6. 承担公共区域的规划工作;
7. 管控部门工作相关的成本,并优化预算管理;
8. 确保部门工作相关的法律法规落实;
Introduction and promotion of digital technology and projects within facility management, introduction and promotion of technologies and projects related to sustainable development such as energy conservation, emission reduction and water conservation, public area planning and management, asset management and evaluation, cost tracking and control, quality control, HSE and compliance management.
Main responsibilities:
1. Identify the opportunity of the department's operation and improve the department's operation level through digital solutions.
2. Explore technologies related to sustainable development such as energy conservation, emission reduction and water conservation, introduce projects and promote their implementation.
3. Cooperate with the company's lean improvement target, lead the lean improvement work and related projects within the department.
4. Coordinate the facility related HSE management of the department, implement and improve the HSE lean management level of the department.
5. Coordinate the facility related quality management of the department, implement and improve the quality lean management level of the department.
6. Undertake the planning of public areas, such as office area and outdoor area.
7. Control the cost related to the work of the Department and optimize the budget planning work.
8. Ensure the implementation of laws and regulations related to the work are compliant within the department.
职位要求
1.本科及以上学历,公共设施管理或项目管理等相关专业.
2.1-3年厂务部门或工程项目管理工作经验.
3.杰出的沟通协调能力,具备很强的执行力和主观能动性,较强的责任感和团队合作精神.
4.项目管理经验或资质,PMP优先.
4.熟练使用办公自动化软件,具备CAD基本操作技能。
5.英语听、说、读、写精通;
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, major in public facilities management or project management;
2. 1-3 years working experience in facility management department or project management.
3. Excellent communication and coordination skills, strong execution and subjective initiative, strong sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit.
4. Project management experience or qualification, PMP is preferred
5. Proficient in office software, with basic CAD operation skills, PMP is preferred.
6. Proficient in English listening, speaking, reading and writing;
