This intern will help in developing a proof of concept for a static code preprocessor for source-to-source (s2s) code conversion from legacy ISA to latest Intel Instruction Set extensions (ISE). This conversion tool can then be used as a Visual Studio extension/plugin allowing developers to update their applications to latest ISE.

Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Experience listed below would be obtained through a combination of your school-work/ classes/ research and/or relevant previous job and/or internship experiences. Minimum Qualifications: Must be pursuing a Bachelors/ Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science with: 6+ months of experience including the areas listed below C/C++. Data structure and algorithms. Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of compilers Knowledge of Clang tooling Knowledge of adding extensions to Visual Studio Code
