Role and Responsibilities

• Responsible for leading onshore and offshore IT professionals to deliver infrastructure and application support services to client.
• Monitor service team’s works and evaluate customer feedback to develop quality improvement processes.
• Manage client expectation, and escalations, issues, and requirements from client.
• Act as a technology advocate to help client continuously maximize productivity and efficiency of their technology investment.
• Work with sales team to develop new opportunities.
• Manage project financials to achieve the business targets.
