Job Description

As part of Intel's Customer and Sales Excellence (CSE) organization in Sales and Marketing, you will be part of a team of analysts delivering impact through timely and actionable business insights that inform strategy, implementation, and optimization of our digital strategy.

The (job role) will partner with teams across CSE, IT, Marketing, Sales, and product BUs to assess the revenue impact of digital engagements, leveraging core sales data sets in conjunction with our account and contact information to ensure CSE's Digital to Sales impact framework is working as intended.

To achieve this, you will need to build a broad view of customer and stakeholder needs/ use cases as well as best methods in the industry, and execute the following with a strong business analyst skill set:

- scanning internally and externally for best capabilities, tools, and practices

- collaborating with IT and stakeholders on defining clear and effective requirements, and throughout the development process for high-quality roll-out

- partnering with governance and operational teams to develop strong transition change management (TCM) processes that drive adoption and consistent use

A successful candidate will demonstrate:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong Excel skills pivot tables, VLOOKUPs and data analytics skills

  • Operational experience with Salesforce Sales cloud CRM platform

  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

  • Experience working with sales teams, finance, business operations & IT/ data teams

  • Experience implementing complex engagements involving cross-functional and global teams

  • Ability to define business requirements in partnership with IT and experience with leveraging data platforms in conjunction with business acumen and knowledge of analytical tools

  • Well-developed organizational and project management skills

  • Able to execute with urgency, to ensure timely decisions in a fast-paced industry


Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. This Position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree in Engineering/ Finance/Economics/Mathematics/ Statistics/ Business or related fields AND/ OR 5+ years of experience in business/financial analysis, sales/operations, or related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA

Work Model for this Role

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
