1. prepare and deliver lessons to a range of classes of different ages and abilities(high school students)
2. mark work, give appropriate feedback and maintain records of students' progress and development
3. prepare students for internal or external examinations
4. manage students behavior in the classroom and on school premises, and apply appropriate and effective measures in cases of misbehavior
5. communicate with advisors over students' progress and participate in departmental meetings, parents' evenings and whole-school training events
6. lesson preparation and collaborative planning
