Our Traction Drives business in Alpharetta, GA, seeks to hire a Business Process Specialist to oversee SAP Material Master maintenance and support the Logistics and Operations teams with technical topics. Focus is placed on data integrity, implementation, and sustainability of technical processes and continuous improvement tasks related to business processes. You'll have the brains & control systems that power our gearboxes and motors in your hands! Traction systems are both innovative and well-proven – providing the highest degree of reliability but with minimum maintenance costs. Traction converters and motors are the core of the traction system for our locomotives. Responsibilities: SAP Material Master Maintenance - daily and project-based requirements Find opportunities or implement changes to improve business processes within scope. Give technical expertise or support related to business processes within the area. Collaborate with and guide IT on business process topics within range. Create and maintain a Web App for business processes within scope. Use new and existing company web apps to support business processes within the area. Maintain production kiosks and provide support. Fulfill requisition requests to support Logistics. Lead business process topics for Agile Team/Change Control Committee (CCC) Manage SAP Access Maintenance for employees Required Skills/Knowledge/Education: Typically 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in their field of work and successful demonstration of Key Responsibilities and Knowledge as presented in the job profile. Needs professional technological know-how, methods, tools, and principles and applies to differing and variable situations. Change the future with us.
