Job Description

Duties include strong calendar management with shifting priorities and deadlines. Able to quickly and accurately assess the importance of a phone call, email, or document and take appropriate action to involve the appropriate parties. This position requires strong accuracy and attention to detail while taking the initiative to manage logistics of the group. Strong capability working with all Microsoft tools, Intel tools (purchasing and expenses). Excellent experience in booking complex domestic/international travel, managing travel details such as VISA's/welcome letters and managing expenses. Support office administration with associated tasks; group organizational charts, public distributions list (PDL's), ordering office supplies, catering, travel, F2F's, conferences, expense reports for direct manager(s) and GLO Director, CPLG onsite support needs, events and attend direct manager staff meetings. Attend and participate on GLO admin team and CPLG global admin team meetings/activities. Plan and organize meetings and off-sites, coordinating all logistics.


Qualifications

Administrative experience Proactive and highly organized Strong communication skills, both verbal and written with attention to detail Must be highly self-motivated profession capable of managing complex organizational support needs e.g. calendaring, travel needs when managers/team travel globally Ability to work professionally with team members, other senior and executive admins to help facilitate timely and accurate planning needs High proficiency or expertise with SharePoint, calendar management including coordinating complex meetings that require senior management attendance. Familiar with the Intel specific tools; Concur, Workday, Purchasing Services, My learning, Skype for Business and Inside Blue, etc. Experience with online tools such as expense reports, travel tools and Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint Experience booking complex domestic/international travel Solid leadership, strong attention to detail, professional/pleasant demeanor, and teamwork skills including a willingness to lean and take on new challenges. Have a positive and professional attitude, be customer oriented and be able to multitask Experience working with culturally diverse groups located across multiple geographies is desired Ability to support a remote team at a similar level as the onsite team Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information discreetly Ability to understand department goals and priorities, anticipates needs, and initiates action, manages multiple priorities and reprioritizes where necessary Ability to arrange team quarterly events and recognitions

Work Model for this Role

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
