Language Service Sales
Description:
- Understand and articulate RWS business and solution offerings, unique selling points, and competitive advantages with an emphasis on understanding how solutions solve customer issues.
- Develop a strong knowledge of assigned customer base/potential customers/marketplace
- Perform strategic and tactical functions to create and sustain long term client relationships by being proactive and responsive to customer needs as well as developing credibility
- Build trust across the organization by collaborating with cross functional teams and support overall team goals
- Develop sales opportunities with existing and/or new customers through internet research, trade show lists, referrals, various professional directories and personal investigation
- Maintain accurate plans, client account information, and necessary record keeping to ensure efficient information sharing with sale team
- Develop project budgets and create proposals
- Manage and control pricing and contractual issues
- Develop sales strategies and plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals/quotas
- Build a productive pipeline and manage each phase of the sales process
Required Skills:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Excellent written and verbal English and communication skills
- At least 5 years of sales experience, preferably in language service industry
- Proven sales life cycle experience with enterprise clients - lead generation through business closing
- Proven track record in achieving sales target and customer satisfaction
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
- Established capabilities managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
