1. Equipment management: New MAE setup and Release to mass production;
2. Prepare operation / maintenance instruction and provide training to technician / operator;
3. Control and monitor department KPI ;
4. Improve production efficiency (on downtime level);
5. Spare part management, failure part analysis, and control TPM expense accordingly;
6. Improve MAE utilization rate (on availability level);
7. Maintain TPM documents and record updating;
8. TPM implementation and process confirmation, Optimize TPM process.

1. Bachelor’s degree or above;
2. Experience in foreign company ( 5 years or above);
3. Experience in manufacturing technical group;
4. Experience in equipment design and maintenance is preferred;
5. Knowledge in electronic manufacturing process;
6. Maintenance management skill;
7. 6 sigma and 8D knowledge;
8. Problem solving skills;
9. Good communication skill;
