Role Description: · QA and testing of Mentor Graphics wiring Harness products · Working with Marketing and Engineering to design Software test plans to cover the stated requirements utilizing previous harness industry experience · Reviewing test strategies and test prioritization with management and engineering groups · Execution of software test plans · Defect reporting and validation of the fixes to the software · Creating / enhancing automated regression suite Required Skills: · Experience in Manual testing with knowledge on Automation testing · Excellent knowledge of Test techniques · Excellent knowledge of designing test cases using Test techniques · Knowledge in some defect management tools like Clear quest, JIRA, Confluence or similar tools · Knowledge of test processes / methodology · Should have hands on experience in writing tests cases, reporting and validation of defects · Hands on experience in writing automation tests is required · Excellent knowledge of designing test cases using Test techniques · Knowledge in some defect management tools like Clear quest, JIRA, Confluence or similar tools · Knowledge of test processes / methodology · Good in Communication and written Skills e.g. Written and verbal communication skills, Attention to detail, etc · Good team player and should be motivated to work in a team Desirable: Any Testing certification will be an added advantage e.g.ISTQBWork · experience in SCRUM team will be an advantage · Previous experience with Mentor products Capital / Cap-H is an added advantage · Knowledge of web automation frameworks like Selenium, Protractor etc. is an added advantage · Java API testing is added advantage · 5-8 years of relevant experience Organization: Digital Industries Company: Mentor Graphics (India) Private Limited Experience Level: Experienced Professional Job Type: Full-time
