Join us as IT Project Manager with relay in IT Communications for Northern Europe and be a part of the best.

Here is a summary of some of the great things you will be doing:

  • Assistance in the delivery of complex Technology & Infrastructure projects in a large-scale pan- European business
  • End to end project management (providing detailed plans, ensuring that the solution meets the agreed business criteria, assigning resources, ensuring that deadlines are met)
  • Managing third-party suppliers (engaging, instructing and ensuring their adherence to the project plans)
  • Monitoring costs of the project (including the invoice flow)
  • Managing and communicating project risks
  • Identification and management of the issues (escalation to project/service owners in a timely manner for resolution)
  • Creation, presentation and follow up on KPI’s to measure the delivery of strategic projects, transformation and vision of IT in the HUBS
  • Support with the budget preparation for projects and creation of services catalogue
  • Reporting for services and projects
  • Relay on Communication role with Global Comms Team, representing the Northern Europe HUB

Your experience and skills include:

  • 2-3 years professional experience in IT
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher level of education preferred in a Computer Science or Hospitality
  • Project Management certifications, i.e.: Prince 2 will be an advantage
  • Fluent spoken and written English required, any other European languages (i.e. Polish) will be an advantage
  • Hospitality experience is considered as an important advantage
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
