1. 回应客户的问题；提供客户需要的资料；

2. 订单的录入；包括国外订单和香港分公司美金订单两部分。关注常备库存，及时给予正确的指引及建议给销售和客户，做好适当的预判工作

3. 与分切沟通订单、库存和送货等相关事宜；

4. 与财务沟通客户的货款、对帐和控货事宜；及时与公司各部门沟通，处理好突发事件。

5. 配合销售完成客户跟进的相关事宜；

6. 配合TS处理有关客户对产品的投诉事宜；

7. 定期做好订单汇总和销售数据的统计工作；

8. 其他相关的客服工作；

9. 及时完成上级交办的其他事项。

1.大专以上学历，英语4级或以上，听说读写能力强，需和国外客户直接沟通。

2.两年以上相关工作经验优先。

3..懂粤语优先，有外贸跟单经验优先。

4..具备认真细致负责的工作态度，能很好的完成公司下达的各项工作指标；

5. 具有灵活的思维能力和预判能力，能很好的与客户沟通，协助销售同事完成销售指标， 团队合作精神强
