Responsibilities include:
Drive service sales to a multimillion dollar level
Target strategic prospects with GIM (Global Information Management)
Map organizations in regards to business units, influencers, sponsors, and power sponsors
Identify business drivers to associate optimal services and solutions
Work closely with Marketing on lead generation activities
Work closely with Division on Services and Solutions opportunities
Monitor and feed lead pipeline
 
Main Duties include:
Work within high pressure environments to hunt and gather new clients for RWS globally
Deliver revenue growth goals established in conjunction with executive and Divisional management
Follow up on pipelines for business expansion
Foster Strong Client Relationships
Build trusting, collaborative relationships with Clients of all levels
Include relevant RWS representatives in appropriate Client meetings
Provide appropriate management updates and solicit feedback and direction when appropriate

  • College degree, in Business field preferred
  • 3+  years experience services selling to high revenue clientele
  • Proven track record of meeting regional sales targets
  • Proven ability to secure on site presentation opportunities with high level clients
  • Good knowledge and understanding of the localization process and issues (1+ years experience)
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions in order to present and sell SDL Global Solutions
  • Ability to command respect from clients
  • Strong listening skills
  • Expert presentation abilities
  • Effective articulation, demonstrating strategic rationale and logical flow when communicating both verbally and in written form
  • Exhibition of extremely enthusiasm to partake in the opportunities to generate business opportunities
  • Dynamic, enthusiastic and charismatic personality
  • Is clear, concise, articulate, focused, persuasive, wise, responsive and confident
  • Ability to think on his/her feet and provide business and strategic insight and guidance on the fly
  • Proven ability to interact with people at high levels of an organization
  • Solid proficiency in Microsoft and Macintosh systems, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Windows Networking, and other office applications, database administration, and system administration
  • Mobile - requires - 25% travel
