- College degree, in Business field preferred
- 3+ years experience services selling to high revenue clientele
- Proven track record of meeting regional sales targets
- Proven ability to secure on site presentation opportunities with high level clients
- Good knowledge and understanding of the localization process and issues (1+ years experience)
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions in order to present and sell SDL Global Solutions
- Ability to command respect from clients
- Strong listening skills
- Expert presentation abilities
- Effective articulation, demonstrating strategic rationale and logical flow when communicating both verbally and in written form
- Exhibition of extremely enthusiasm to partake in the opportunities to generate business opportunities
- Dynamic, enthusiastic and charismatic personality
- Is clear, concise, articulate, focused, persuasive, wise, responsive and confident
- Ability to think on his/her feet and provide business and strategic insight and guidance on the fly
- Proven ability to interact with people at high levels of an organization
- Solid proficiency in Microsoft and Macintosh systems, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Windows Networking, and other office applications, database administration, and system administration
