Job Description

Your ROLE

-Provide automation engineering related technical support on all automation/process control to equipment, systems, software and processes.

-Identify automation opportunities at manufacturing field; collaborate with the internal product development team on part and assembly design & manufacturing feasibility.

-Equipment installation, training and new project implementation.  Onsite Maintenance and machine repair.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- To guarantee the completion of all procedures that provides the customer with a clear training, implementation for the Supply Chain and Factory Solutions (Automations, IPPS, ICE equipment deployment and maintenance).

- Support new equipment selection and evaluation during each stage together with team when project needed

- Generation and maintenance of automation engineering related documents in particular Design Specifications, Functional Specifications, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Work Instructions (WI) of assigned process control equipment and systems.

- Manage relationship with key vendors/factories, provide consultation for key customers to meet RBOs’ needs and improve compliance. Audit for security project report and checking.

- Meet the service level agreement; provide consulting / technical support to the customers in Asia. Cooperate with the customer support team for trouble shooting, work out for the appropriate resolution, and make sure the proper procedures for escalation.

- To provide sales support to the customer by facilitating the sales orders and conducting professional pre-sales visit/ quality customer services.

- Backup level support for other region if need.

- Second level support for the formatting and sampling, work on the installation procedure (new and existing project).

- Ensure the equipment pre-testing done before shipping to customers.

Qualifications

- Major in Mechanical, mechatronics, automation engineering

- At least 5 years’ experience on the non-standard automatic field service engineering in garment or footwear industry

- Solid background in mechanical design, structure analysis and manufacturing process. Skill with the 2D/3D mechanical design software.

- Programming Logic Controllers (PLC), Lean sigma, Operating Excellence is a plus

-Experienced desktop printer like Xerox, Zebra, HP, DataMax, Epson is a plus

-Fundamental knowledge of Barcode, PCL- Printer Command Language is a plus

-Fluent in spoken and written English is a must

-Must be a computer literate, software programming knowledge is an advantage but not essential

-Willing to travel (50%) and support customers regions in China and overseas

-Station in Suzhou China.
