4，日常工作中熟悉项目采购件的选型、技术协议制定、图纸校对、标准化以及流程审核、评估项目等经验

5，熟练使用CAD /SW绘图软件，能够根据生产实际需求做标件和非标设计并应用到现场。

6，对各类泵、电机、传动、气缸、油缸、风机等机械部件原理及应用选型需熟悉。

7，了解液压系统原理及在生产现场的实际应用。

8，了解或熟悉静电安全知识及PSM相关模块优先。

9，具有基本的英文读写能力、能够读懂英文图纸、软件等。

10，具有较强的团队合作及沟通能力、以及较强的个人和集体安全意识。

11，能够接受双休日加班（可换休）及中夜班回厂抢修设备工作。

12，熟练使用办公自动化软件（Word/Excel)。
