Job Description

Role Overview: 
We are looking for a Customer Marketing Manager to join our group marketing team. Your main focus will be developing a fresh and engaging communications strategy in collaboration with the divisions to engage and educate existing customers. 
The Customer Marketing Manager will work closely with the Voice of the Customer team to understand key areas of interest and preferences; they will own the group customer communications plan and work with the marketing operations team to drive an effective group-wide programme.  This role will also be responsible for customer case study enablement – working with the cross-business teams to generate client stories for organisational use.   


Key areas of responsibility:
* Review the end-to-end digital customer journey identifying improvement areas will improve the overall customer experience 
* Evaluate the customer communication touchpoints and current group-level communications
* Plan, develop and execute a new customer communications strategy
* Coordinate with various departments and develop communication plans and test programs to meet customer requirement 
* Work closely with the Voice of the Customer team to understand our customer preferences
* Own our customer case study process including permissions, usability and case study output
* Measure the success of campaigns
* Prepare and present customer engagement programme results
* Suggest new approaches to educating our customers about our products and services
* Encourage others to act as advocates


Experience:
* 3+ years of proven experience in communications, marketing, analytics, or related field 
* Understanding of various marketing and sales touchpoints
