Job Description
- 根据主生产计划,制定物料的补给策略. Define material providing strategy according to MPS. -保证采购订单的准时交付,满足生产的正常运行;Keep material providing on time to support manufacturing fluently. -定期对供应商的产能和交付定期评估,以确定供应商的稳定供货能力;Supplier capacity and delivery performance evaluation -持续的对供应商的交货周期,包装方式,供货频率进行改善,优化供应商能力;supplier performance optimize: package optimization, delivery improvement, capacity evaluation -对于ERP系统,维护系统物料参数,并持续更新,保证系统的最优化;Optimize ERP system parameters and updating regularly, to keep ERP data and system running healthy and accurate. - 执行和完善物料管理流程,降低库存, 以降低综合运营成本;Reduce operation cost by inventory reduction . -负责建立并维持紧急需求物料的采购物料渠道,保证客户订单的准时交付;To keep emergency material delivery channel working and efficiency , to support customer order delivery on time - 日常的部门单据处理,例如采购订单,合同,发票等。Routing job as PO management, contract management, invoive management.
