Job Description: End to end project management of CAT “C” project in Kolkata. Highest level of sensitivity and compliance for EHS protocols and quality standards. Domain Knowledge of Metro projects / IBMS / ELV system is advisable at least at basic level. Complete stakeholder management with internal and external stakeholders of the region. (Customer / consultant / government officials / Internal support functions like engineering, SCM, BA, etc.), with sales and central functions of SI RMA. Experience on complete project cycle from PM 80 to PM 650 covering required management / Contract management / Resource management / Cost and financial management / Claims, risk and opportunity management . Evaluation and application of interface requirements of various system components. Evaluation and management of project risks and opportunities on time to time basis and updating the risk register accordingly. Project scheduling / monitoring / tracking / reporting periodically and conduct project status reviews with respective stakeholders. Knowledge of HR and legal compliances for site establishment. Deployment and handling of external sub-contractors and labors which is expected to be in the range of 100+ for the particular project. Managing engineering resources . submissions . approval as per project protocol. Managing Labour compliance and records as per statutory guidelines. Maintaining and improving project cashflow, profitability w.r.t. PM 100 booking and reporting / updating of the same during periodic reviews. Continuous improvement of all the project KPIs w.r.t. time / cost / quality . Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from reputed institute. Project management experience of 8+ years for category C projects. Certification for CAT C projects and having track record of execution such projects successfully. Domain Knowledge of Metro projects / IBMS / ELV system is advisable at least at basic level. Knowledge of statutory compliances w.r.t. HR compliances / Site compliances / EHS compliances.
