This exciting role offers opportunity to: This position is part of a team developing eMobility systems solutions. As a member of the team, you will help define requirements, contribute to software design, code construction, software build and debug, define test plans and perform validation testing to confirm that system and functional requirements are met. In this role, the incumbent will be responsible for working with their engineering manager to achieve the desired results. Achieving the desired results will require individual contributions as well as contributions attained as part of a team. You will work closely with engineers located in various locations in the U.S., Europe, and Asia. Contribute to software level requirements definition and design activities to meet product functional and performance requirements. Construct code according software design and perform the mandatory code review, compiling error check, static analysis, and unit test. Support the setup of integration and validation test plan and execution. Analyze vehicle data from test and customer vehicles to investigate, identify, and resolve issues and complaints on time. Support manufacturing setup and onsite debug when necessary. Conduct software audit at related milestone. Contribute to the software and documentation archive. Contribute to the software release to customer and plant. Contribute to the lesson learned database when necessary during fix of occurred problems Give work feedback on time. Qualifications 5-year Bachelor of Science degree in a relevant technical field from a nationally accredited university or college. Minimum 3 years’ experience in software engineering for hybrid or electric vehicle products (Inverter, OBC $DCDC). Good analytical and problem-solving skills in electrical systems. Good understanding of vehicle drivetrain/powertrain systems. Strong communication skills with ability to interface directly with external partners, suppliers, and both internal and external customers. Familiar with MCU peripheral and hardware schematic.
