Accounting Clerk

What you will be doing:

• Daily balancing of individual cash deposits using the daily cash sheet
• Preparation of daily bank deposits
• Assist with Accounts Receivable and Accounts payable as a needed
• Complete month-end closeout procedures
• Consistently offering professional, engaging and friendly service
• Other duties as assigned

Your experience and skills include:

• 2 years of bookkeeping/ accounting experience
• Accounting certificate
• Basic accounting skills including ability to work unsupervised with a high level of accuracy, meeting deadlines
• Excellent organization and communication skills
• Ability to demonstrate tact, a diplomacy, with a high level of confidentiality

• Previous experience is an asset
• Knowledge of Windows and Excel is a must

 

Physical Requirements Include:

• Constant sitting and looking at a computer
• Strong dexterity
• Ability to work on site
