Job Description for English Teacher at Cheese Tree Academy
Work place: Tang Zhen of Pu Dong New Area, Shanghai, PR China
Job duties:
-Hold OFFLINE or ONLINE English classes for 2-12 year old children in interactive ways. Closely monitor the growth of their skills and keep them challenging higher level. (Normally the class size is between 4-8.)
-Develop personalized teaching styles, under the teaching framework of the company, to manage the classroom environment.
-Closely follow the latest teaching techniques from around the world and contribute to the experimental working environment.
-Assist to manage the learning process of students and enhance the interaction with their parents.
-Give demo classes to support marketing.
-Participate in managerial projects such as product design and personnel development.
Office hour: 12:30-20:30 on weekdays/10:00-18:00 on weekends. Rest two days in a week.
Requirements:
Native English speaker only.
Hold a bachelor's degree or above.
Seek a long term career in Shanghai.
Outgoing and easy-going. Good at communication with both adults and children.
Love children and have a passion for teaching.
Hold a professional attitude that always get things done.
Value the culture of entrepreneurship and being ready to work overtime and take extra responsibility.
Compensations:
Annual 156,000-300,000 CNY (equivalent to 22,300~43,000 USD).
Convenient accommodation close to workspace, with independent room in a shared apartment. Other housing options are provided with self-pay deductibles.
Z Visa provided, following a probation period.

Cheese Tree Academy is a young training school providing one-stop training selections including languages and STEAM subjects to 2-12 year-old children. We started the service in mid-2016 and currently have two training centers and several franchised campuses in Pudong Area of Shanghai. Our brand advocates innovation and integrity, with our classes combine knowledges and skills of different subjects and students get integrative development out of it. We try to locate our center close to community and schools, so our customers are more interconnected and interactive with us.
