Job Description
PRIMARY FUNCTION: Financial information analysis for month end results, forecast and profit plan financial statements. Fixed Asset Analyst Car Coordinator Tooling customer recovery management Internal control management Internal controls review such as policies, procedures and annual reviews. Assists on external, internal and SOX audits ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Complete annual strategic and profit plan Coordinate with all the owners to get the full year sales, sales discounts, standard cost, mpv , payroll, headcount, manufacturing and support expenses, statistics accounts and balance sheet accounts Consolidate information and prepare the working files for P&L, BS, and statistics accounts. Encore & DFT Profit Plan data loading. Assist Controller and Finance Manager in Profit Plan Commentary Package (Analyze main variances vs Forecast, Prior year and Previous Profit Plan by month and quarters). Download the Encore Standard reports. Complete monthly financial statements forecast Consolidation of data: sales, sales discounts, standard cost, mpv , payroll, headcount, manufacturing and support expenses, statistics accounts and balance sheet accounts. Estimation of profit for rolling forecast, and adjustments agreed with Plant Controller. Assist Controller in Rolling Forecast Commentary Package report (Analyze main variances vs Forecast, Prior year and Previous Profit Plan by month and quarters). Encore & DFT rolling forecast data loading. Download the Encore Standard reports. Send the authorized budget to each owner’s department Complete monthly financial statement results Coordinate month end closing with Finance team to get done the closing on time Coordinate with Statutory and Finance Manager the analysis of main variances Update Encore & DFT with actual results and statistics accounts Realize the commentary package with main variances vs Forecast Complete the RSD ME03 in Encore- Other Income and Other Expenses Construction in Progress & Fixed Assets analysis and reconciliation Create Capital Appropriation Requests on Oracle PA Follow up Capital expenses with users Monthly forecast for CIP Capitalize CIP Reconcile physical assets with Oracle FA. Asset management Tooling Customer Recovery Management Responsible to manage and follow up all the investment related with the tooling approval by the costumers with a Purchase Order for a concept of “New launch or engineering changes” until this will be invoiced. Updated and follow the spend budget, recovery and purchase order of customer, obtain all the customer requirements necessary to obtain the approval for invoicing. Finally request the tooling invoice and track the payment with the AR analyst. Internal Control Management Responsible to review and knowledge of policies to fulfill the audits to perform internal reviews and enhance procedures. Qualifications SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE: Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related financial field 1-2 years of experience in analysis and interpretation of financial statements. Understanding and knowledge of P&L accounts Internal control based and SOX requirement knowledge Microsoft Office, Mfg-Pro (ERP system), Oracle, Encore and DFT (Financial systems) preferred. Fluent in English written and spoken. Leadership skills to delegate and resolve multiple situations effectively. Work under the guidelines, policies and process of Eaton's Philosophy, IATF 16949 and ISO 14000 Environmental. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION 5-S Continuous Commitment Proficient in MS Office toolset.
