Job Description

The Intern is responsible for providing administrative support on a client services team.    

Responsibilities - Complete administrative tasks in applicable applicant tracking systems, activities may include pulling reporting, entering/uploading candidate information, dispositioning candidates, sending candidates testing information  - Create campaigns for new requisitions. - Other duties as assigned. 

Qualifications

Education: - Currently enrolled in an Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree program. Experience: - Previous experience in customer service or an administrative role.  Functional/Technical Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required: - Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office components. - Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with other employees. - Ability to respond quickly and effectively to uncertainty and constant changes. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
