Job Description

Your Experience & Skills include:

- Qualification from Culinary School

- 4 to 5 years of experience of which 1 year in similar position

- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment

- Creative, innovative thinking

 

What will you be doing:

Responsible for All day dining, lobby lounge and bar and in room dining

Ensuring that all food meets the highest quality standards and is served on time

Planning the menu and designing the plating presentation for each dish

Creating new recipes to regularly update the menu

Incorporating feedback from restaurant staff and patrons to make improvements or resolve issues
