• 教学资质。中教：国内教师资格证。外教：其母国或他国的教师执照 Teaching licence issued
by the ministry of education, e.g. QTS, including PGCE or IPGCE.
• 中教：a good level of proficiency in English language with standard accent
外教：Native proficiency in English language with standard accent
• 可以教授初三至高一 Ability to teach English as a second/foreign language from Grade 9 to
Grade 12
• 非常愿意接受培训，提升自我 Evidence of commitment to continued professional
development
• Foreign teachers: foreign passport holder, with extensive experience living in an Englishspeaking community: United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, Canada, USA,
or Ireland.

• Successful experience in working with students in the age group you are teaching
• Demonstrated experience in inspiring students in a stimulating learning environment
• Successful experience in working with students in a pastoral capacity (e.g. as form tutor)
• 非常了解剑桥体系课程 Excellent knowledge of CAIE IGCSE, A-level
