About The Role:

We are seeking a candidate with solid experience in Project Management, who will be able to keep projects on track, on point, and well-executed.

You will become a part of one of our international teams focused on projects within data science, machine learning, and artificial intelligence. We would expect you to make sure the production is running smoothly and in the most efficient way.  Your ultimate goals will be to ensure revenue growth through the customer satisfaction and maintaining high team performance while keeping the team members happy and motivated. 

The key skills we expect you to have are adaptability, data driven decision making, self-organization in a multitasking environment and ability to react promptly and efficiently to new challenges/situations.

 

Responsibilities:

• Use all your project management knowledge and skills and apply them in a creative way to production.
• Deliver projects to or above client expectations and achieve the optimal profitability of the project(s).
• Be able to apply data related skills to achieve efficiency when working with large amounts of data.
• Closely monitor and control project financials through budgets, invoicing, and change orders.
• Plan projects and implement best practices and processes.
• Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with internal team members.
• Act as a role model towards the colleagues in your team.
• Cooperate closely with your direct manager.
• Develop and prepare process documents where required.
• Conduct risk assessment and strategic planning of activities to minimize potential project issues.
• Identify project/process improvement opportunities.

 

Requirements:

• Strong background in Project Management.
• Solid previous experience in working with data (eg. Excel, VBA scripts, Python).
• Previous experience in localization industry is an advantage.
• Previous experience with language AI and/or data science is an advantage.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of various localization tools is a plus.
• Analytical and structured problem-solving abilities.
• Responsible, reliable, and independent personality able to quickly adapt to changes and work in a fast-paced environment.
