Job Description
PRIMARY FUNCTION Structural design LV switchgear or optimize existing products, according to client’s requirement. Drives the whole process from design to install phase. Make sure the COE design to be conformance to needs& requirements of the local market. Advising on feasibility and soundness of proposed engineering solutions by other team members. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Be familiar with using 3D software, such as Inventor or Solidworks, and Autocad. Be familiar with LV assembly products, 5 years or above engineering design experience Have capability to develop new LV assembly products.design non-standard LV assembly by himself. Have capability to design non-standard LV assembly by himself. Develop, maintain, support design process and focus on concept design, piece part drawings, assembly drawings and Bill of material creation. Redesign existing products to reduce cost, find local sourcing for cost reduction. Support sales to answer customer’s questions Support after-sales Qualifications SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE Requires a minimum of 5 years experience as an LVA engineer or equivalent B.S. in Mechanical Engineering or Electical Sciences or its recognized equivalent in education and experience What you will get from us Eaton’s mission is to improve the quality of life and the environment through the use of power management technologies and services.
