As a Customer Service Representative, you will coordinate all customer queries and opportunities for the EMEA sales region Your key deliverables : Coordinate customer quotations Provide timely information to customers on a variety of issues including but not limited to; pricing, logistics and quality, ensuring optimal customer service Maintaining customer relationship management system with accurate and up to date information Generate and work on reports relating to sales order management Appropriate escalation of issues when necessary When we embrace the different ideas, perspectives and backgrounds that make each of us unique, we — as individuals and as a company — are stronger.
