Job Description
The Account Manager drives the account development and pushes the key opportunities by • developing a strategic partnership and establishing relationships with the appropriate customer's key decision makers, executives, CxOs and Board and ensuring access to the account for the divisions and BUs, combining the know-how and forming the communication hub • developing a midterm account development strategy for Siemens including: - setting a long-term goal for Siemens in the Account - developing and modifying the Account Business Plan to achieve this goal - identifying the key opportunities and levers which make up the plan - engaging the Business Units and Siemens Executives and agreeing with them to develop, sell and deliver complete Siemens solutions • leading, coordinating and motivating the regional Siemens Account Team and associated management in order to achieve a significant and profitable business growth for Siemens with that customer focusing on: - new business fields - protecting traditional business - establishing business alliances Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering , Civil Industrial Engineering or Business - 5+ years in related experience and similar roles. - Intermedium - advanced English - Knowledge of solutions and products in the electric and industrial area - Experience on industries Mining orientated Organization: Portfolio Companies Company: Siemens S.A.
